To Our House (TOH) housed Bobby after he had separated from his family and was struggling with alcohol addiction. Bobby knew he had to address his addiction issues for himself and his family. Bobby attended AA meetings while participating in TOH and began attending Sunday services at one of the TOH support churches. In time, Bobby moved into permanent housing.
Becky is a single working mom who has two children attending VICCC. They are six, four, and one. She has worked at Kroger in Blacksburg for 5 years. Becky is thankful for her children to have a safe place to go where she does not worry about them. She also talked about the unsteady relationship with their father.

We've established the Diaper Bank to keep local babies healthy and happy by providing access to diapers for families in need, and promoting partner programs to improve health and self-sufficiency in our community.
